Every sailor needs to have a solid grasp of the International Collision Regulations before heading out to sea. The "Rules of the Road" lay down the guidelines for dealing with traffic situations out on the water, prescribe the proper navigational lights required by all vessels, dictate safe operating procedures for low visibility situations and much more.

 At the SailQuest Sailing School in Pattaya Thailand, we place a strong emphasis on teaching these rules to our students in order to provide a level of confidence in dealing with traffic situations and close quarter situations which is a real concern for all sailors.
