1. Find preferred dates in the OTW COURSES & SAILING EVENTS Schedule
2. Contact SailQuest to confirm availability for selected dates. The easy way is to select dates from the dropdown list on the CONTACT FORM.
3. Complete your Booking Deposit payment. SailQuest requires a Booking Deposit (usually 25% of the course cost or join-in fee) to confirm your booking and reserve your place onboard. Payment details & links are provided in our email reply.
4. Once your Booking Deposit payment is received and processed, we'll send your "Welcome Aboard" email with booking confirmation & invoice, links to NauticEd courses & other online assets, recommended accommodation options, location details and any other info/details relative to your booking. That's it, pack your sea-bag and prepare for an incredible sailing experience!

Booking Notes

• Students should get started with online courses as soon as possible in order to complete online courses before OTW COURSES begin. There is a lot of information covered in the online material and once completed, the course can be reviewed when needed. If there are any questions or any assistance required when working thru online courses, we are here to help, Contact SailQuest anytime.
• As mentioned on each events description page, SailQuest SAILING EVENTS are an extension of our "Learn to Sail" Program providing ADVANCED TRAINING for students & sailors. Crew-members should have some training or experience with crewing responsibilities, yacht systems, passage-planning, sail handling & sail trim, the "Rules of the Road", etc. Beginners should get started with the SailQuest "Learn to Sail" Program, a well-organized & effective training system, to develop basic sailing skills and gain a little sailing experience. Our SAILING EVENTS are not structured courses and previous sailing experience is recommended.
• When plans change after making a booking with SailQuest, our policy is to reschedule dates or refund payment on request, for any reason, at any time. See details: Refund/Reschedule Policy
• Full payment is due on or before the first day of the OTW COURSE and before departure for SAILING EVENTS. Details, payment options & links are included in your invoice.
