Set Sail with SailQuest Thailand! Every month of the year sailing school students and join-in sailors have the chance to get out on the water for a 3 day/2 night live aboard milebuilder sailing voyage. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain sea-time and add miles to your logbook. 

Join us and put your sailing skills to use. Crew members will participate in the daily operations of running the yacht and take a part in all on board duties, from navigation and passage planning to galley chores to sail handling, anchoring and more.

The passage plan for these cruises can change every month, depending on weather conditions and wind direction. Our Gulf of Thailand location ensures that the voyage will always be interesting and involve a perfect combination of quiet out of the way anchorages, busy shipping lanes and fantastic island destinations. 

Sailing in the Gulf of Thailand has never been easier. Our pre-scheduled monthly dates make it convenient for joining crew members to plan their sailing in advance. Advance booking is recommended to confirm preferred dates. Or join up at the last minute, when space is available.

When you want to learn to sail, there really is no substitute for experience. The miles logged during these 3day/2night voyages will be valuable sailing experience, sailing with like-minded student sailors and qualified instructors. We hope you will be able to join us.

  • 12:00 - Lunch at Sea, Sailing to outer islands, Ko Phai, Sattahip, Ko Samet, Ko si Chang
  • 17:00 - Anchor down, swim, dinner aboard
  • 08:00 - Breakfast & Depart, on board sailing exercises & training program
  • 12:00 - Lunch at Sea, Sailing to outer islands, Ko Phai, Sattahip, Ko Samet, Ko si Chang
  • 17:00 - Anchor down, swim
  • 18:00 - Dinner Ashore - Ko si Chang, Sattahip, Pattaya
  • 08:00 - Breakfast & Depart, on board sailing exercises & training program
  • 12:00 - Lunch at Sea
  • 14:00 - Return to SailQuest base @ Ocean Marina

Friends and Fellow Sailors: These short cruises will really keep you on your toes! 3day/2night sailing trips where we will typically sail over 100 nautical miles and get experience in nearly every aspect of boat handling, passage making and live aboard sailing. 

In fact, we do not have a standing passage plan, so each voyage is flexible which leads to exploring the area and discovering new beaches and dinner stops for our evening ashore. And, of course, we have a great local area to sail in.

If you can't get away for our longer sailing adventures, these mini cruises will at least keep you in shape and in practice with your sailing skills. Not to mention, they are a lot of good fun!
